For all art, there are absolutely no refunds. If a piece arrives damaged, you have one week to email me and let me know. - I will send a replacement!
With all original art, once the piece returns and I have assessed the damage, I will repair it or issue a full refund (this case may be extremely rare.)
Due to the difficulty of returns for art, all art, small or large, must be considered only for serious collectors.

We will only do an exchange for wrong sizes. Once the piece returns, I will send out the exchange.
If clothing comes damaged, depending on the assessment, I will issue a 20% refund or send you a completely new one.
For hand-painted clothing: please read the return policy for art.
